After you submit the registration form, you will receive a Health & Diet Questionnaire, Participant Agreement, and an Invoice to pay the trip fee online using using Paypal. Please complete these items within 3 days in order to secure your spot on the trip.
Once payment is received, you will receive more information including a detailed packing list and packing advice, information about your pre-trip meeting, and directions to the trailhead.
Due to COVID-19, if local, state, or national guidelines prohibit gatherings of this kind, or if the trails are closed to the public, then the trip will be cancelled and you will be issued a full refund. Since policies can change quickly, it is impossible to say how much notice we would be able to provide if the trip has to be cancelled, but we will let you know, via email, as soon as possible. If you need to cancel due to COVID-19 related reasons, you may do so for a full refund at any time! We understand that during this unusual year, plans and health are uncertain, and we want to offer maximum flexibility. Please stay home if you are sick or have been in close contact with someone with COVID-19 and suspect you may be infected. If you need to cancel, or if the trip must be cancelled all together, you will have priority registration for a future trip.
For non COVID-19 related cancelations, you may cancel for a full refund up until 90 days prior to the trip. After that, you may cancel for a 50% refund up until 10 days prior to the trip. Cancelations within 10 days of the trip will not be eligible for refunds, with the exception of documented COVID-19 related reasons.
In the unlikely case of forest fire or other prohibitive environmental conditions, the trip will be cancelled and you will be issued a full refund and the opportunity to pre-register for a future trip.
